Hotel Golden Park Campinas Viracopos By Nacional Inn

This is an older, once resort-style property that is showing its age, but holding on valiantly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and tranquil. Furnishings are standard and include a TV and small refrigerator. Dated air conditioning units struggle to maintain comfort in the heat of the day. Parking is adequate. There are two restaurants: a large one for the included breakfast, and a smaller one in which a reasonably priced but optional dinner is served. Staff are attentive and helpful. English is spoken by a few desk personnel, but the great majority of clients are Brazilian. Breakfast is good, and includes hot items, breads, pastries and several fruits. Internet was available throughout the property.

The availability of facilities such as a gym, breakfast and a pool. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, despite the language barrier. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The location is the better reason to stay there. Really close to the Viracopos Airport (VCP) in Campinas (SP). Nice rooms and a good breakfast. THe view from the room is not the focus, but the closeness to the airport is the main advantage of staying there.

Though my stay was brief, I appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere. The location was convenient, with easy access. I didn’t get to try all the amenities, but the overall vibe was warm and welcoming.
